Eviction notice on building Akash ‘batted’ for

NEW DELHI: Indore Municipal Corporation on Wednesday served an eviction notice on occupants of the dilapidated building whose proposed demolition had triggered BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya’s bat attack on June 26.
The Madhya Pradesh HC had dismissed the residents’ plea for a stay on Tuesday.
