Rakeysh kickstarts 'Toofan' with 'Havan pooja'
As the film will go on floors in a few days, the filmmaker had a 'havan' pooja for the same. Farhan also attended the 'Pooja' and posted a picture of Mehra clicked at the venue. In the picture, Rakeysh can be seen sitting with his eyes closed. Farhan captioned the post, "The calm before the storm.

Soon, celebs like Anil Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Harshvardhan Kapoor[3] and Saiyami Kher commented on Farhan's post. Anil wrote, "All my best always .. 🙌👊👍" while Dia dropped a comment, "All the BEST 🤗❤️". Harshvardhan who marked his debut in Bollywood[4] with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 'Mirzya' commented, "Here we gooooooo .... blockbuster incoming 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥".

Meanwhile, veteran actor Paresh Rawal will also feature in the film as Farhan's boxing coach. The film has been slated for August-end 2020 release.
Farhan has worked with Mehra in 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' which garnered a lot of awards.
On the other hand, Farhan will be next seen in Shonali Bose's 'The Sky Is Pink' co-starring Priyanka Chopra and Zaira Wasim.
