Alia Bhatt-Herschelle Gibbs' twitter banter

People on twitter^[1] had a ball of a time yesterday when the former South African cricketer Herschelle Gibbs^[2] and Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt^[3] engaged in sweet twitter banter. It all started when Herschelle Gibbs shared a post which was liked by the twitter itself. Following this, the cricketer shared a gif which had Alia Bhatt in it, the caption read, ‘That feeling when @Twitter likes your tweet 🤩’

No sooner did Herschelle shared the gif, he was flooded with comments asking him if he knew who she was. Gibbs answered by saying he had no idea who the lady is.
After much ado, looks like he finally figured out who Alia Bhatt was. He, then again shared a tweet with the same gif but a different caption. He wrote, "Didn’t know you were an actress @aliaa08 but nice gif."

Alia Bhatt, who was silently watching all the fun, later responded all the gifs^[8] in which she can be seen giving a 4 run sign like an empire along with a smile emoji.
To which Gibbs responded by saying, "I deal in 6s madam not fours."
