Man with TV over head ‘gifting’ TVs to homes

NEW YORK: He is dressed in a jumpsuit, wears a TV on his head and, in a Virginia town gives TVs. An apparent prankster, working at night, has left more than 60 TV sets outside homes.
“I think it’s a prank,” resident Adam Garner told WWBT. Lieutenant Matt Pecka said if the culprits were caught they could be facing charges of littering on private property or illegal dumping.
