7 flyers board plane without being frisked

New Delhi: In a major security lapse, seven passengers boarded two domestic flights from Bengaluru airport on Monday without getting frisked.
An internal report of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) says the lapse reportedly happened when seven flyers reached the frisking booth, which was unmanned. They walked through it, collected their bags and went to aircraft boarding gate.
While one airline's boarding gate personnel saw the stamp missing and came back to get the same stamped, the other airline's staff reportedly did not notice the missing stamp and let passengers board. Luckily both the flights landed safely at their respective destinations. The CISF HQ in Delhi will take a final call on this issue.
