83.1 overs: FOUR! First-ball boundary for Cheteshwar Pujara. That would have been a first for him in Tests. Half volley from Keshav Maharaj and Pujara drives the ball beautifully through covers to collect four runs. IND 321/1

81.6 overs: OUT! Wicket on the final ball of the over for Keshav Maharaj. Finally a breakthrough for South Africa. After hitting a six and a four on successive balls, Rohit once again steps out to go big. Misses the ball completely and wicket-keeper Quinton de Kock does the rest. End of 67th over: FOUR! Mayank Agarwal collects his second boundary of the day. This time off Keshav Maharaj on the last ball of his over. Short and wide delivery outside off and Mayank uses the pace and guides the ball to the vacant third man region to collect four runs. Mayank moves on to 98.

End of 66th over: Tidy start from Kagiso Rabada. Just a single from his first over. Keshav Maharaj to continue from the other end.

Bowling change for South Africa! Kagiso Rabada comes in to bowl his first over on Day 2. Replaces Vernon Philander.

8:25 a m Welcome back! It's Day 2 of the first Test between India and South Africa in Visakhapatnam, and the fans in the stadium, besides the two teams, will hope for the rain to stay away to allow a full day's play.
India dominated the rain-shortened Day 1, with Rohit Sharma marking his first Test as an opening batsman with a century, aided by fellow opener Mayank Agarwal's 84. And the good news is that the both remained unseparated when rain came shortly before the tea interval and then washed away the rest of the day.
Rohit is batting on 115 and Agarwal on his career-best 84, with India's scorecard reading 202 without loss in 59.1 overs.

The forecast says there's a 60 percent chance of rain on Thursday as well, which will ensure the fingers remain crossed hoping for the dark clouds to stay away.
