Sunny Leone remembers her late crew member

Sunny Leone^[1] has always been making the headlines for her films if not her personal life. However, last August, the star surprised fans when she requested them to help her raise funds to aid a member of her crew Prabhakar, with his medical needs and rehabilitation.
Sunny took to her social media account to share his picture with her and daughter Nisha and urged people to lend monetary aid to the man who was in dire need of a kidney transplant. She even mentioned that the money collected would be used for his transplant surgery, doctor's consultation charges, post-operative care and medicines.
In a recent chat with Arbaaz Khan^[2], the star broke down while remembering Prabhakar, who she informed, passed away. During her interaction, she was asked about her initiative for the man and was also told of the nasty comments left by a few trolls.
Opening up about the same, Sunny said that Prabhakar was sick long before she shared the post and revealed that she and her husband took care of all his financial needs. Revealing his critical condition at the time, she said that it was not just his medical bill, but his home, family, lawyers bills that had to be taken care of. While stating that there was a lot more they wanted to do for him, she broke down saying, “We failed and he died.”
She went on to reveal the reason behind sharing the post and said that although Prabhakar wasn’t someone to ask anyone for help, she reasoned that he should let her inform everyone so that they can help him.
